Objectives of the Activity • To increase self-awareness and understanding of one's emotions, strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs. • To develop strategies for managing and regulating one's emotions, particularly in challenging situations. • To cultivate the ability to understand and empathize with the emotions, needs, and perspectives of others. • To improve communication skills by being attuned to one's own emotions and the emotions of others. • To build and maintain healthy, positive relationships with others. • To develop strategies for coping with stress and adversity, while maintaining emotional well-being. Execution of Activity: • Guest conducted breathing exercise for anger management Outcomes Students recognized their emotions, understand their triggers, and have a clearer sense of their own identity Students understood how to control impulsive reactions, handle stress effectively, and maintain emotional stability. Students understood how to connect with others on a deeper level, build stronger relationships, and demonstrate compassion and support.
